The rain slowed down so I pulled in & ask if they could put air in my tire!! He said sure & I will check all the tires!! They are friendly & helpful! I am giving a big shout out to them! Thank you

I asked them to order and put in an alternator from the Ford dealership. When I asked to see the box for the part they put in my vehicle, they brought over the Ultima Select box you see in the attached picture, which is an O’Riley’s Brand. He got very defensive when I called him out on the lie, and he said this part was better than the dealership, which is just plain untrue. The following day, I ensured the dealership alternator was ordered, the correct specs for my vehicle, and installed. I also included a picture of the correct box as well. This was an unfortunate issue because the labor cost was very fair. Make sure if you use this service that you are getting what you asked for and don’t have your intelligence questioned. I wish them the best, but I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

These guys are the absolute best around. The service was incredibly friendly, and the diagnostics were great—they quickly figured out what was wrong with my '03 F150. Peter took care of everything efficiently and professionally, explaining the issues clearly and keeping me informed throughout the process. Best of all, the work was done at a very fair price. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable and honest car repairs! Thank you Peter and the staff. You have my lifelong business.
